*Important* Please do not call the Torrance or San Diego store for information regarding your order placed online to be shipped, they will not be able to assist you.

If you should receive a damaged bike please email us a claim at damageclaims@beachbikes.net or submit it here through our damage claim submission form. Be sure to include photos of the damage or else your claim will not be processed. Only submit a claim after you have read and understand our Shipping Policies page.
